Hope you all had enough fun during the lockdown days and got enough days of holidays to get bored too
Im here with a new and interesting topic which can surely be of good help to the jobless engineers out here.
The best way to get a job
Look at any industrial area on google maps
example: Bollaram IDA, Cherlapally IDA, Maheswaram IDA(fab city), Jadcherla industrial area, etc
Observe what all industries are there in that area
and what industries are related to us, and in that which industries are in a good run...
make a list of these
and what industries are related to us, and in that which industries are in a good run...
make a list of these
research about them... what product, which operations, departments, profit, branches, units, key product, etc...
Check for any employer on linkedin or facebook for entry into the company or allowing at security gate...
if you got no person for that... then at the security check, be confident and walk in directly with a well drafted Resume ; If anyone asks who are you and why are you here, just answer boldly that you are here for an interview and need to meet the HR or technical head

Visit the industries in your list and request about hiring you...
If you are seriously interested about any particular company... Request them that you are ready to work for free during the probation period or for few months.
No employer would dare to lose a potential person if he/she has learnt and performed *well* during the probation period
Strategy will work for sure
This strategy is based on Just a lite logic
if luck or shortcuts have helped you, then you would not be here and have gone through this post
So...
Hard-work and Seriousness is highly mandatory
